I have a Master's in Print and Digital Media from NYU that, while not applicable to my current career, I don’t regret seeking one bit because it led me to where I am today.

How I move daily (other than Pilates)

I love learning new skills and lately have been on a boxing kick!

I believe we have the power to support our wellness inside and out. By living a low-waste, non-toxic lifestyle, we can limit our exposure to external toxins and optimize our internal wellness.

Weight training, hiking and foam rolling.

Something you may not know about me

I can identify the gender of a fruit fly and tell you approximately how old it may be. I can also dissect it’s ovaries… yes, I use this neat fact when I pick up dudes at the bar. Don’t ask me how it’s going.

I went to Howard University in Washington DC and spent 7 years on the East Coast after graduation. There I discovered my love for Virginia wine and an amazing charcuterie board!
